Autumn Already?
This afternoon, when I got in my car after work, I noticed a red leaf had fallen on the windshield. I can't believe this is already happening. Autumn is my favorite season though, so I'm not too disappointed that summer is on it's way out.
I love fall, and all the changing colors. We have a tree in our front yard that has gotten considerably taller this year, as well as some newly planted fruit trees in the backyard. I am excited to see their new colors, and of course put Emma and Brigham to play with the rake. I will most likely have to rake up the leaves, but it will be a good learning experience for them.

Most of our summer has been autumnal anyway sweetie.
This summer seemed way too short. You know it is a bad summer when the grass doesn't die and turn brown.
Red leaves mean that soon it will be time for fuzzy socks and sweaters. BRING IT ON!
